| Apples & Oranges |
|
| Description: | Apples and Oranges is a half-day course designed to have participants gain an understanding of business and financial terminology, profitability analyses, balance sheets, cash flow, and financial indicators. They understand how to make the most of scarce resources – all in the context of how business really works. |
In a half-day simulation, participants work in a hands-on, active environment, which allows them to see what happens with the circulation of cash in a company. Because they have the first-hand knowledge, they can apply their specific contribution to the company to modify behavior and positively improve bottom-line results. |
|
| Participants work in teams and develop ideas for application of the principles learned. They work through a continuous improvement exercise to take their knowledge back to their workplace. A self-paced test is included as part of the learning experience. | |
Apples & Oranges can be customized for your business, and is available in several other versions, including: manufacturing, service, health care and distribution. |
