How the Program Works

 

This half-day fast paced simulation engages teams in a journey to mine gold in the American Southwest.  Equipped with a fixed budget and limited resources, each team must balance the challenges of the desert with the mission to return and cash in their gold.  Designed for eight or more participants, it’s a great way for teams and leaders to experience issues of communication, resource management and team dynamics common to the workplace.
